“The Marine Corps Association has been a huge supporter of the 1st Marine Logistics Group (1st MLG). Over the past several years the Marine Corps Association has presented plaques, books and gifts to our Marines and Sailors, in recognition for their superior performance throughout each quarter. I can’t say enough good things about the dedication and support that Marine Corps Association so graciously provides to our Marines and Sailors. I would like to personally thank the Marine Corps Association for their continuous support.”

Past MCAF Events
Over the past 4 years while serving as a Sergeant Major at two different units the MCA has provided important support. While stationed at Marine Corps Security Force Battalion, Bangor, Washington I conducted 8 Corporal Courses the MCA provide plaques, certificates, and books. I received the package today ( Thurs. 2/9), The Award is beautiful, it will display well with my other Collectibles. Although it is not the same format that I was presented in 1968, it was worth waiting 43 years to receive. I have a photo of the original presentation to display with the plaque.
Thanks again for your efforts to make a former Marine proud.

Dear Col Keenan,
On behalf of the Marines and Sailors of 1st Marine Special Operations Battalion, I would like to thank you for your support in helping us to establish our unity library. We are lucky to have a world class facility, newly constructed by a joint Marine Corps and Special Operations Command MILCON effort. Our Academic Instruction Facility contains a library room complete with book shelves and reading tables, but no books. Without your assistance...
I just wanted to inform you that we received our books yesterday afternoon. It was very exciting to open the box, find the various titles held within and realizing that "these books belong to us MALS-16". We can't thank you and the MCAF enough for this great opportunity. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Have a great day Sir.
Ladies and Gentlemen:
As a current Marine Option Senior in Naval ROTC at Iowa State University, I receuved an award as honor graduate this year.
I would like to sincerely express my gratitude for the recognition of my performance in the ROTC program. I cannot aptly convey the honor that comes with receiving this award from the Marine Corps Association, a superior professional organization.
I will surely work to continue my ambitious endeavor to develop myself as a Marine...
I want to relay my many thanks to everyone at Marine Corps Association
and Military Historical Tours for providing me the opportunity to
experience such a wonderful trip to Russia. Had I not won this trip
through MCA I may have never taken advantage of such fantastic
travels. The group, the Russian Tour guide (Oleg Alexandrov) and
Charlie Dunn were wonderful companions during the trip. It will be a
memory I will cherish all of my remaing days on this earth...
