I used the 10 second rule, to give the passenger the chance to realise what it was they had said. However, I had some empathy due to them being on a cruise which can have an effect on some people's grasp of reality. I have personally witnessed every comment in this book, including the horrific spelling and grammatical errors produced in written comments.
